Thank you. Made this in a cranky rush the other day, added a full teaspoon of turmeric instead of 1/4 tsp. Also did not have curry leaves so I substituted with a half lime zest and dried basil to the measure. It was still absolutely delicious. Tasted like it took all day to make 🙂🙂🇦🇺

I like videos like this where the cook doesn't show EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF MATERIAL being chopped. She got straight down to business. Love it. People can figure how to chop things. I don't know why people do that and talk and talk and talk and the video winds up being 15 minutes. This recipe seems doable and these are ingredients that are readily available.
