I applaud you for your three-ingredient recipe. However, I like to add the following ingredients: coconut milk sweetened condensed coconut milk sweetened shredded coconut coconut extract vanilla extract rum extract rum I also prefer to use an ice cream machine to churn and freeze the ingredients.

Just found this on KZbin. The coconut cream I get in Singapore is unsweetened. How much sugar do u think shld i add? I hv a ice cream maker so planning to churn it in that, to cut the time.

Hi I tried the coconut ice cream. Added crushe pine apple after 4 hrs. At that time there were no crystals. But after staying in the freezer, ice cream was too hard and had ice crystals. What are your tips? Though it tasted great

83Maini Hi, I think ice crystals got formed due to whipping cream & cream of coconut wasn't beaten properly in the first step itself. did you use cream of coconut for this recipe?

Yep. Cream of coconut I think i did beat well. Double the whipped cream. Till medium soft peaks
