How wonderful to cook with your grandson. Funny coincidence, we had the same thing for dinner last night, so I could taste yours while it was being made😅. So close to your recipe only I add fresh ginger root instead of sesame seed oil. Oh, I had 1 carrot in my fridge so I chopped that and added same time as onions. I love sesame seed oil so I'm trying your recipe next time. Yummy dinner! 🍜👍🙏🕊️

I remember a Chinese restaurant in Hammond LA that poured sweetened condensed milk over their coconut shrimp. Throw in some proper Chinese BBQ short ribs with it, & you are set. Great vid. Maybe next time, scramble the eggs first, then remove and add back in later. There isn't a trace of any scrambled egg in that finished dish, it became a glaze on the rice and vegs. I used to make that same mistake many a time.
