Love this, perfect for date night too. Andrew and i have a date night every week. We fix enough for just us. The children have already eaten. It's out alone time. Pop makes his exactly like I make mine. I love homemade shrimp cocktail sauce. We love lettuce wraps too. I’m making more of your buffalo chicken egg rolls tonight and on one of them for me I’m going to add diced up celery. I think I’ll probably like it best just to eat a celery stick with it like they serve when you heat hot wings out. A good ole thunderstorm. I can sleep like a baby during a storm. Love sweet Pop Jones in the kitchen! I've never made any kind of lettuce wraps before. May have to give it a try. BTW, I do make a mean cocktail sauce. Sometime you need to try making it with equal parts Heinz ketchup and Heinz chili sauce for the base. Then Worcestershire sauce, plenty of horseradish, and a little squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Now I'm craving boiled shrimp!!! 🍤

Karen, really liked the look of the eggrolls, and I think you're such a great cook you make everything look tasty. I loved seeing Pop Jones cooking alongside you-as he is usually working outside. It is a pleasure to see a duo of smiles! By the way, in the UK, we say Wuhster (phonetically) and don't say the shire part of Worcestershire Sauce. It tastes geat though however anybody says it!

I do love horseradish! Nice to see Pop Jones with you today. That was loud thunder! This looks so good. I buy the root ginger because I use it almost everyday in my smoothies. I keep it in the freezer and it seems to peel and grate easier. I like the duck sauce too, couldn't find it last time I made egg rolls. Awesome video, friend

I make mine with G Hughes sugar free ketchup, the only thing I add is a little lemon juice. I love shrimp cocktail.....now I need to make some. 😃 Also I eat Keto style to help manage my Type ll diabetes so these lettuce wraps are perfect for me. Looks yummy you guys! Ooooo I can't eat regular egg roll but I can have the filling as Egg Roll in a Bowl. Guess what I'm having for dinner!
