Nice to finally see the Jackhammer in a game again. I wondered what took them so long. This gun was all over shooters 20 years ago

So awesome to see the Pancor Jackhammer in a CoD game. Seeing as BO2 had the XM8 (as the M8A1), having prototype/proposed/cancelled weapon platforms isn't out of the ordinary. I'd love to see a CoD game that's full of these kinds of weapons. An alternate universe where they were successful and mass-produced.

Admittingly, while I have no interest in buying this game, it’s quite nice to see the Pancor Jackhammer in a game again, last time I saw this gun was in Battlefield 3 back in 2011.

I think many people forget that Call of Duty was not really in the realm of “realism”, otherwise vanguard would actually not have any gun attachments and cold war guns wouldn’t have red dot/holo sights

How does the charging handle do anything if its in a folding stock?
@drummaghua268719 күн бұрын
The charging handle is connected with the recoil spring, which is in the stock and separated from the bolt when folded. KelTec Sub2000 uses a similar design; this design is different from FMG-9 though, since FMG-9 is designed with a Glock 18's system inside.
@ridhosamudro219918 күн бұрын
@@drummaghua2687that's not where the charging handle is IRL. The foregrip works as the cylinder disconnector, and the charging handle is behind the cylinder
@drummaghua268718 күн бұрын
@@ridhosamudro2199 I should've said that the dev is trying to make Sirin 9mm looks like an up-side-down Sub2000. IRL Russian PP90's charging handle is a hook inside the stock; you can actually see the hook when you unfold the gun. Using forgrip as the charging handle is the feature of Ares FMG.
@RayleeRaven57418 күн бұрын
irl PP90 has a hook on the bottom of the bolt, treyarch decided it's more appealing if put on the top, so they just cut a long slot for that. (i've seen the real one in "weapon field strip" app lmao)

I think this gun is the PP-90, which was designed in the 90s.
@BigBoo6418 күн бұрын
It’s actually based on a significantly less well-known russian weapon, the PP-90, a design of the same concept from 1990! You can tell it’s different because of the open-bolt firing mechanism, exposed interior when folded (as opposed to the folding cap that doubles as a cheek rest on the fmg-9) and top-mounted reciprocating charging handle!
@rafaellima852819 күн бұрын
I just think all the weapons from this game have too much rattling noise... As if they are made of cheap plastic and there are loose parts inside. Nothing else to complain other than that.
