@@swxyy5592 The truth of the matter is that there is no moral high ground in these sorts of scenarios. Take this for example. Adler needed to find Perseus, to stop him from whatever he's doing. Bell was his only link, and since Bell wouldn't give them anything, brainwashing was the only method that could get Adler what he wanted. Now, to us, this is obviously cruel and unfair. For the whole game, we believed that we were the good guys, and Adler was our best friend. Only to find out that everything we knew was a lie, and that we were brainwashed. From our perspective, what they did was wrong. But say if we were Adler in that situation. Would you have cared if you were brainwashing him? If it meant for the greater good, than yes. It's all just a matter of perspective.

Yeah, I'm tired of everyone saying the bad ending is better.. as if a terrorist front wasnt trying to set off nukes.. He saw his mission to the us as his priority, it's his homeland and reznov helped boost Mason's moral ground, as he was the enemy of his enemy causing for a lot more sympathy, the opposing side didnt have anything GOOD that could hypothetically convince a sleeper agent Bell worked with actual terrorists, war criminals. They were for sure HIS allies, but again..morality comes into play and it was bell's own free will that led him to being the good guy in the end. I'm sure he realized he was a very dangerous person, like why would you have stalin jr who was un-controllably brainwashed be a national hero, that's not exactly a trust worthy situation. So its completely understandable either way.

For a rushed game, this wasn't all that bad. Not amazing, but decent enough. Executed the whole 'altered personality' much better than in BO3. Also, odds are since Cold War will be linked into Warzone with seasons, Adler and Bell will show up as playable characters somehow like they did with *Spoilers* Alex in the MWreboot. Make you think they are dead, but somehow they are alive.

No, it's a New Character, they're Just making him believe his previous identity was Frank Woods. In the Lie ending [SPOILERS AHEAD]: You actually kill the entirety of your team (Mason, Woods, etc...) And Blow up the nukes, and become a member of Perseus, which is actually a Group of people, and not a single individual.

Fabio Luiu pretty sure bell was already part of Perseus. And how are they making the Bell believe “it’s” woods. BO CW is actually a sequel to Black Ops 1, so woods would be with mason and bowman and Hudson’s team. Even tho BO CW is connected to BO1, it could mean BO2 is no longer in the timeline since MW is connected to BO CW. That leaves Bell’s entire backstory was probably just of an ordinary grunt.

GodofMagic42 the reason why it says “Frank Woods” in the name is because the player chose that name. If you played the campaign, you create an entirely new character which can have any name and any gender (including trans) and any skin/ethnicity.

I am personally still okay with it afterall Bell has every reason to die after being captured by CIA and at least Adler allows him to live a bit longer. Then I fricking lost it when it revealed even the code name “Bell” is made by Adler based on the one of the torture device they used on him. Adler is really cruel.

I'm having issues after the injection happens, it tells me the mission has not finished installing and is telling me to either return to safe house or quit to menu. I go to return to safe house and it just shows me back in the med room with a yellow Haze after the injection with park sims and Adler in the room. I cant get out and idk what I have to do. Please help.

Yes and then arash shot him and left him for dead then the C.I.A found him and brainwashed him into thinking that he’s (bell) been a part of there squad. They mind controlled him so he was never at Vietnam. So they gave him a name bell

The campaign leading up to this point and the ending was great. Cod has a track record of killing the people you like or just ruining endings (my personal opinion). Obviously most endings are great, but MW2’s, while classic, just killed the best characters (well kind of killed ;) ) right infront of you, ghost’s ending just pissed me off, and this one had nothing but bad endings. No good endings. Also, replaying Vietnam 50 times, made me want to shoot myself. Overall good. Just hate the “plot twist”.
