The STG44 here reminds me of an East German prototype rifle derived from the Sturmgewehr from the mid-50s chambered in 7.62x39mm that was dropped in favor of the AK.

So the Kurtz ammo is depicted correctly in the magazine inspection. But the ejected casings resemble brass 7.62.

0:12 I knew from the beginning that the Static HV would reload the same manner as BO2's PDW-57 due to its design. However (unlike what SHG did to the Evolys), i find it much cool and convenient than its real life counterpart, the Kel-Tec P50, where you have to lift the top part of the gun to remove the mag.

They might as well since some fans miss the future COD gameplay. Though to play it safe, they could do what BO2 did with futuristic tech, but still boots on the ground.

@@SegaMario those weapons on multiplayer don't mean they're canon for the story. If you follow this logic then F2000 and that laser rifle from Vanguard multiplayer are canon. But yeah, they could make it happen in 2040's or something, so it would be their own game and futuristic guns would belong

@@the_true_pepol Perfect setting, since BO4 was set around that time, as well as BF2042. They can go all-out with unique weapon designs without having to tweak real designs to avoid paying for weapon likeness rights or whatever.

The hammer animation was attached to a procedural script (these scripts kinda have 2:42 a math, in which the most simple one is from 0 to 100%) with that kit, the procedural script have been removed along with the animation They still could do a work around and make the hammer at least move for 2 keyframes but they choose to not 🤷‍♂️
