Impressive! My now adult children are CODAs. They are also multilingual. She reminds me of my 25 year old daughter, who knows ASL, English and French. Lovely girl and family. 🤟🏾 I'm a retired educator who took graduate courses in Education. That and personal studies show that another important reward from learning multiple languages is that it increases our cognitive skills. Students with two or more languages (given the right academic circumstances) do better in most subjects than monolingual students.

And the parents are whip smart! Long ago, one term at a community college, I designed and taught a Deaf Studies course. One important book I used was "Raising and Educating a Deaf Child" by Marc Marschark. He addresses many important issues and principles that apply to all children. An excellent read.
