Kahit through youtube lang, im a Political Science student, at Mindanao State University, Gensan Campus, telling honestly, i dont like this course, but since, MSU offer this course, I grab it, kahit napilitan, buti na lang madali lang ako maka adjust sa mga bagay2x, and now nagugustuhan kona ang kurso ko, 😁😁, Also, if palarin po maka pasok sa Law school soon, First year student papo ako ngayon, at unti unti na po akung may natutuhan... @@CDDukaLaw why is that? Sex classification fits the four criteria for suspect and quasi-suspect classification: 1. History of pervasive discrimination or negative stereotypes because of a trait. 2. The trait which is the cause of discrimination (e.g. sex and sexuality) does not significantly affect the ability to contribute. 3. That character or trait is immutable or it would cause an irreparable damage if the government force to change it. 4. The group which possess that trait is an insular minority or have not enough number to democratically change the policies and views imposed against them. In this case, LGBTQIA+, indigenous people, women, illegitimate children black people and the like are qualified for that suspect or quasi-suspect classification.
