Nice, simple, clear explanations. I am not a beginner, but I enjoy watching to support you as a fellow woman in programming. Love from Philadelphia, PA, USA!
@CodeBeauty3 ай бұрын
Thank you so much for your support and kind words! 🌟 I’ve put a lot of effort into motivating more women to start coding because, as you know, the tech industry is still predominantly male. There’s so much room for all of us, and it’s a field that truly pays off, so it’s a shame not to have more women in programming. I’ve even offer discounts exclusively for women on my practical programming course at www.codebeautyacademy.com, all to encourage more females to join us. Each woman who enters the IT world with my help is a huge satisfaction for me, and I’ll continue to do everything I can to support and inspire more girls in tech!

I first saw your video about oops on codeacademy and then proceeded to watch other videos on your channel especially the abstract and virtual function ones and all my doubts were cleared because you were so thorough and explained with detailed examples I was able to crack my interview for c++ developer( it is a full stack role though i am happy) and mainly these were the topics asked as I am currently a fresher Thank You So Much Mam

Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm really happy to hear that my videos helped you clear your doubts and nail your interview-congratulations on landing the C++ developer role! 🙌 It’s awesome that those topics were key for you, and I’m glad my explanations made a difference. Since you’ve already mastered C++ concepts like OOP, abstract classes, and virtual functions, C# would be a great next step for you! The transition is smooth, and C# offers some incredible features, especially for full-stack development. Keep pushing yourself-there's always more to learn, and I’m sure you'll excel!

Interesting! Old guy here, I've been building custom VBA-enabled spreadsheets for my clients for years, and I've tried dabbling in C# for some time. OOP is something I still struggle wrapping my head around, but most tutorials make you feel like you're on a roller coaster with a gentle introduction, then way too quickly dropping off into advanced material, especially with classes and objects. This seems pretty understandable so far, I'll check out the rest of your videos. Subbed!

Hello Saldina, I am a university teacher majoring in manufacturing engineering. Currently, the research team has opened a new direction, that is, research on the combination of machine vision and manufacturing. It requires the development of software and algorithms for industrial vision and industrial control. Find your In the YT course, your explanation combined with WF made me feel that the concepts and ideas are very clear and easy to understand. Thank you very much. I have also started to participate in your practical courses. I would like to make two small suggestions about YT videos: (1) Some videos do not have closed loops, such as the LOOP part and the Loop nest part, which are mentioned but not released. Looking forward to it. Similarly, the OOP Introduction example does not have a video for Part 2. (2) Since Practical learning requires a certain foundation, I hope to make or integrate a 10-hour beginning tutorial course in YT to connect with your paid courses, which will be more effective. Finally, I wish your career will get better and better, your person will become more and more beautiful, and more people will see the beautiful Saldina explaining beautiful software development, algorithms and coding.

Thank you so much! I'm really glad to hear you're part of my community, and the fact that even a university teacher can learn something from my videos-that's such a flex for me! 😄 Joking aside, I totally understand. Some parts might be unfinished strictly due to my tight schedule with all the work I’m doing in parallel for the academy and my KZbin channel. But don't worry, the OOP list is still in the making, and there will definitely be more videos coming as part of it. As for the prerequisite videos, I’ve got that covered too! Most of the basics are already available, and the course is designed in a way that requires little to no prior knowledge. For anything someone might struggle with, we also have a dedicated Discord community where we help each other, and it’s working great! :D

I'm thinking of starting your programming course, but before I have a few questions. I'm not a complete beginner, but I haven't programmed in years. Your website says that the entire course is 170 lessons (30.5 hours of video) and that you send a new topic every week. 1. About how much of the course is the beginner part? 2. How many weeks will it take to complete the entire course if I complete the excersises each week?
@CodeBeauty3 ай бұрын
Thank you for considering my programming course! The course is designed to gradually guide you from beginner to advanced levels. Because of this progression, it’s challenging to specify exactly how many lessons are geared specifically towards beginners, especially without knowing your current level of knowledge. However, you’ll find that you’ll quickly start building real applications and continuously learning new concepts, so you’ll move past the beginner stage sooner than you might expect. As for the duration, completing the entire course will largely depend on your pace and how consistently you engage with the material. On average, it takes around 6 months to fully grasp the course content and gain a solid understanding. Keep in mind that I continue to publish new lessons weekly, so there will always be fresh content to explore. If you encounter any difficulties, our Discord community is a great resource where you can connect with fellow students and myself for support. Additionally, don’t hesitate to rewatch lessons as needed-it’s an effective way to deepen your understanding. And don’t forget to use the discount code from the video description when you sign up. I hope this helps, and I look forward to having you in the course!

@@CodeBeautyIn JavaScript, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) works differently compared to languages like C++ or C#. In languages like C++ or C#, OOP is class-based, meaning you define everything within classes and can use concepts like inheritance and other OOP principles. However, in JavaScript, the language uses prototypal inheritance rather than being class-based. The class syntax in JavaScript is essentially syntactic sugar-it still relies on prototypal inheritance behind the scenes. Additionally, JavaScript doesn't have Access Modifiers like private or protected like in other languages. While you can find these features in Typescript, they're not a part of native JavaScript yet. may have misunderstood or have incorrect information about this topic. Saldina, you know I enjoy watching your videos because you're easy on the eyes and your accent is a cherry on top, but KZbin is saturated with beginner programming. How about some intermediate or advanced tutorials?.........and you full-screen at some point during each video. (grin)
@CodeBeauty3 ай бұрын
Thank you for the compliment! 😄 I’ve considered creating more intermediate and advanced tutorials. Statistically, however, most educational KZbin content is consumed by beginners. As you become more advanced, you often turn to shorter forms of education like forums and documentation, and experienced developers are less likely to watch KZbin videos. That said, if you’re looking for more advanced content, I have a course designed to take you from beginner to expert. It includes lessons on a fully working application, so you can get through the basics and focus on more advanced topics to sharpen your skills. Check it out at www.codebeautyacademy.com, and don’t forget to use the discount code from the description of this video! Happy coding Ted
