For the question, it depends. Working with a group gets it done easier and just feels way less overwhelming and more efficient. Working by yourself lets YOU be the boss, and YOU make all the rules. But, at the same time, it just gets overwhelming and makes you stressed out. So I'd have to go with working with a group

I would rather go solo when it comes to developing. It would take time; however, I would only have to worry about my mistakes. Plus, after you complete a game, you feel so proud of yourself and you're so happy you did that alone.

here's a fun fact: the reason the part spawned at spawn is because the s[pawn is at 0.0.0 if you don't identify the location of the part it will automaticlly go to 0.0.0 aka the default starting position for any map

i wanted to learn scripting because there are not enough good fnaf roleplay/ just fnaf games in general on roblox also there arent many good war games or stuff like that and I wanted to make games of that category and people can have fun in them, I would also do it in a group if its friends cuz its a bit more fun with friends but if its random people id much rather do it solo cuz I don't have to worry about being judged for bad code, builds and stuff and also I can do whatever I want, plus its more satisfying when you complete it and I can brag about it to all my friends 😆

I'm really ambitious to build a game filled with my ideas: - the whole server (~30 players) live on an island, forming a town - the volcano on that island has been domesticated and used as a literal mortar cannon lol - NPCs not native to this island raid it constantly - Iron is extracted from iron mines - use the iron to build tools for fighting, or feed a TON to the volcano for one single massive shot, which you can aim btw.

Working alone seems better due to making your own decisions. Only would do big groups when the project is big and would not be able to finish it in a short amount of time alone.

I would go solo because I have anxiety, trouble working in groups, etc. Another thing is that there is lots of satisfaction in making things yourself, plus, I have experience with animation, building, (a bit of modeling but not really), and monetization! Soooooooooooooo I go solo!

For me every time I work with a group we get into fights or people quit I'm working on a game it started with 6 people including me 2 people quit and 2 people don't work so its basically me and one of my friends working on it by ourselves I think a small group I would work with or solo

I would make a simulator game with a big group, because after everybody closely reviewing solo developers, like onett, they realize it will be better to create a game with experienced devs. Though, a low maintenance game that requires low scripting and building, (like steep step) it would be better working alone

Working alone is way better in my opinion. I just find it easier to work alone as with a group it can be hard to keep up with everything. Also, alone lets you have the project go completely your way and not have other people who add more things too. It is just easier to make a project go right alone in my opinion.

ive programmed for a few years with other languages and one thing I can say is dont focus on syntax but logic, its fine if you have to search up some syntax as long as the logic all makes sense thats all you need and it all comes back to you naturally.

Fun thing to do with the part spawner script at the begging of SpawnPart() wait() you can put While True do and at the end of SpawnPart() wait() put end and wait(0.1) that makes it loop and spawn a lot of them INFINITELY.

i learned a diffrent way while setting the parent for the new instance which is after close qutaions in the two parentheses you add a coma then type the parent for example i did workspace

The script of the instance only changes the color of the part for me if the part already exists, if not, it doesnt do anything.
