ive tried to use google bard to help me script before, almost every time you ask bard to do something related to death mechanics, it thinks you want to kill people in real life or something???? sometimes, if i just replace the word "kill" with respawn, bard will shut up and do what i say

Yeah, same with other AIs. I find that saying something more technical like setting the humanoid health to 0 or 1, then manually setting it to 0 is a great way of getting around it.

Personally, I think the best intelligence for coding in Luau is your brain, the documentation, and the Roblox DevForum as opposed to AIs that can barely consistently write a script that kills the player and that pretty much always use outdated services and methods but that's just me

To be fair asking CoPilot for scripting is just the same to me as searching up on DevForums, except DevForums don't always explain things the best they can. As long as I understand what is going on in the code and know how to fix it if something bad happens, it's perfectly justified to use GPT-4 (CoPilot). Obviously, if you have no scripting abilities and are just copy-pasting stuff without really reading or understanding the code then you might want to read up.

In the extreme one, I think there was a problem in chatGPT that you missed, you see. In the first lines there are locals and those locals present the parts that needs to be touched but if this is incorrect, then I have no clue because I am a level 4 scripter and can fix bugs.

The reason the hard challenge with bing didn’t work was because you placed the script into the workplace. And as you said before in the video the scripts don’t work if their inserted into workspace which made the script not to work

The reason the sprint script didn't work for ChatGPT and Google is because you were supposed to put those local scripts inside the starter character and set the part variable in the script to the part in the workspace

I cannot script. like, at all. So I use ai in my games. I do have a family member that scripts phenomenally but they are super duper unreliable and it ends up never being done. What I've found is if you use copilot, gemini and chatgpt together, the work efficiently to correct the others mistakes, even if they themselves would have made those mistakes if I had asked them first. They cannot do complicated scripts, but they have helped me make a music playlist for my game, taught me certain naspets about screenguis and properties with certain things, and have helped emotes and dances work smoothly for me!
