The only great thing about this apartment is the walk-around balcony. The interiors are mediocre at best, by global standards. Maybe by Mumbai standards it is considered good. My guess is that the cost of the construction and interiors is 2 cr while the location is 30 cr. I have noticed that Mumbai rooms tend to be long and narrow rectangular in shape rather than square shaped.
