The clue "Wallace" made me guess Film, England, and London because I immediately thought of the Wallace and Gromit movies.

TheMrE I thought of Wallace & Gromit too, but didn't really get 4 clear clues to go with-- also I thought of "Day" as one of them because of the W&G film, "A Grand Day Out."

I was thinking Wallace & Gromit and Martin Wallace, so still got all four you wanted to indicate. Really enjoyed this when I played a prototype at UKGE. One of the most interesting problems that came up was trying to figure out how to connect Robin, Superhero and Film. Which sounds easy, but one of the other team's words was, erm, Comic.

I got to play this at UK games Expo and it was an instant hit with everyone I played with, a really cool deduction game that varies with different groups (much like dixit) ensuring endless fun. It's also refreshing to have a game that scales well with 4 and up and the rules are so simple anyone can pick up and play

I think this game will feel a bit like Concept, which we really love, so I preordered Codenames instantly. Looking forward to october.

How many clue words come with the game? Probably would be cool if they include a few cards that can be written on with dry-erase markers to make your own words when the old ones get stale.

You get 200 double-sided cards, for a total of 400 words. I've played it over 30 times and it's never stale. Even if words repeat, you will never have all 25 again, so you'll have to think of new clues - especially since you have different spymaster cards.
