Hey there! Yes unfortunately there are quite a few “legacy companies” which still think that’s something important to measure 🤷🏻‍♂️

I've even seen that advertised as being part of a job responsibility for open positions! They want you to prove in an interview you know how to do this!

Serious question - do you foresee GitHub Actions taking over the CI/CD world, eventually making skills with Jenkins, Travis, CircleCI, etc. less widely used? I'm thinking of going all-out to learn as much as I can about GitHub Actions.

I think that what we are seeing right now is a lot of people moving to Actions. However, I don't think it will completely replace everything else, especially in large enterprises that are very invested in other tools (especially Jenkins). But for sure Actions will be a big part of CICD in the near future
