I do not know what is your problem exactly, but you forgot the username or password, you have to reinstall the software again. I explained this process already during one video.

Hi there, there are maybe several problems, For example, maybe your connection settings are not true which was explained during this video. Also, you can use the "Device Discovery" item to detect the settings automatically. see time 16:15 in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rYG6aYxumK2gj6s Also, If you use the demo version of KepserverEX, you need to stop and start it every 2 hours. however, I try to explain and solve all problems during the course. please see our videos carefully.

One small doubt sir. By writing values in quick client can we control simulation in factory io ......if not in factory io , in which other software we can control simulation by writing values to kepware.....kindly pls help....

Hi there, please pay attention to the directory where I found the multi-key file. Note that, if your Windows is installed on another driver (For example D or E), you will need to find it inside that. Also, you can use the search option of windows to find multi-key file.

Hi there, I tried to explain all steps. If you follow the videos, you won’t have any problem. However, if you have enabled the “Simulation” option from the “Online” menu, it’s better to disable it, before connecting CODESYS to other devices.

Hello thank you so much for the tutorial. But my issue is a little different. I am using a plc based my raspberry pi and Codesys is v3.5 sp 17 patch 3. I remember my device user management credentials and like every other time I entered the correct credentials but instead of allowing me to connect to the device, codesys keeps asking me to enter the credentials again and again every 2 seconds. The device tab turns green as well. I am stuck here. Is there a way i can get through this??? Please help

Hi there, Codesys ask you to determine your username and password at the beginning. After that you can use that. If you forgot your username and password, you well need to reinstall the software. I've explained this process during the Codesys tutorial.
