Does a ressource card with 2 mushrooms visible at the end of the game count for 2 for the objective of 3 mushrooms?

There is one confusing thing with the points. It’s hard to describe but the gold cards with either the feather, the jar or the scroll. Do they only achieve points when they are played or at the end of the game as well?

When they are played, the bonus is activated. Later during the game, the feather, the jar, or the scroll on them could be counted again with another played bonus card. They could also be counted for the "personal bonus".
