On the Archipelago of Darkness board, can footprints also be used if you have too many elements? For example, if I rolled 4 elements, could I use a footprint to cross a 3?

Great video, thanks a lot. It helped me with a few question I had left like can more than 1 meeple or tent be on the same spot or that I CAN move through spaces with the foot token despite having or not having those faces in my result.

Hopefully you still watch this space and can help us out with a rule clarification. If you draft a companion with a firefly (or double firefly) token in the top left corner, do you take a firefly token as well? In this video, you say to take all dice and tokens associated with the companion, and at the end of the game, when totalling points, you are adding all of the firefly tokens as well as the fireflies on the companion cards. Can you clarify this if you are still paying attention to this video?

Hello, if you draft a companion with a firefly, you don't need to take a firefly token. In the end, you add all of your firefly tokens as well as the fireflies on the companion cards. You're right :)

Haven't played glow yet, but I did like codex naturalis and salt, sea and paper from bombyx. It's nice that it seems the publisher puts these videos up, but somehow they could be clearer. I guess the rules are explained too bit by bit without the viewer having an idea what the general flow of the game is. The mayor gaming channels specialized in explaining games generally do it a bit better.

Hello, can you reroll the black die the same way as the other dice? Or is the effect applied immediately after the first roll and the dice are blocked until the end of the round? Btw - a beautiful game.

4:55 The Sketal have to put to cemetery when it's triggered, so that mean i have to put back the dice which given by Sketal immediately right after the "Roll & Reroll phase", OR after the "Resolve the cards phase" with any order i want to resolve?

The dice attached to the Sketal must be put back. But as you can resolve the actions in the order you want, you can do it after all the other ones :)

Even with the video I can't comprehend how this game is played I think there might be a translation issue or something it's just way over complicated and explained all out of order

Today in a 4 player game I had a card that needed a drop and no cloud (if I recall it correct). I had two drops and no cloud. Can I resolve this card two times like other cards if I have more than 1 dice that meets the criteria?

Hi there :) Yes you can resolve this card twice as you have two drops and still no cloud :)

Hi, I received my copy of this fine game today. The (german) rulebook says on page 14: "The Not-Allowed-Symbols: The belonging effect is just executed once per turn". And on page 10: "It is possible, that the effect of a card is activated multiple times. But this is not possible for (...) effects with a not-allowed-symbol". So I think, we are not allowed to use such a dice-combinations twice. Maybe a matter of translation?
