Codicil to Will {कोडपत्र} | A legal instrument made to modify an earlier Will | In Hindi
A codicil is literally a "little codex," a little bit of writing on a small piece of writing material, used to add to or change something about a larger piece of writing. A codicil to a will can change the terms of the original will completely, so it generally requires witnesses just like the will itself, though in some states a handwritten codicil may not. In mystery novels, such changes have been known to cause murders; in real life, codicils aren't usually quite that exciting.

Codicils can be done multiple times??

It can be done multiple times but will create difficulty in future in succession.......in order to avoid from that....it is better to execute a fresh Will

If testator has made a second will and also made codicil of first will, then can the first will be revived?

It depends on whether you have written specifically in the second Will that "all earlier Wills and Codicils have been cancelled".....if this line has not been written in the second Will then in that event, all Wills or Codicils executed during the lifetime of Testator will remain valid

Just last week mother made a will... मुझे बस एक point ध्यान में आया की अगर beneficiary को probate मिलने से पहले कुछ होगया तो उसके परिवार को वो property मिलने के लिये क्या point add करें

Please write the following The beneficiary shall include him, his legal heirs, nominees, assignees, successors etc.
