Loved this. Codie's encouraging people to buy small businesses is keeping more wealth than we can measure in small towns and on high streets xoxo

I think Cody is super smart! I've been looking at businesses for sale for a while out of interest, and some really great businesses are hanging around and even being reduced in price. I really like the ethos of being respectful with the price and negotiating the terms.

Buying a business it's to start a business in self, at least you don't start from scratch.

Need to get your sound sorted! Been a few videos with poor quality on the guest's mic. The content is valuable, so worth the cost to get extra equipment or hire a dedicated AV person!

@93Oussi as a beginner there's no reason to take the risk you can buy one that's already proven and experiment with your own idea later

She commonly uses seller finance... but in the uk its called vendor finance.. its nearly impossible to get this through as people who want to retire a cant find a buy just sell to a developer who levels the building and puts flats up..

Watch loads of your videos but can't watch this one! KZbin isn't allowing subtitles because the sound quality is not good enough. Please bare this in mind for your next video.

I am watching this video at 1:30 AM , I replayed it twice to find out her point 2 explained : where to get money to buy a business, when you have no money... So is it just sleepy me or she actually didn't give a solution to the " no money" problem...

See 7:20. Basically they give you the business and you give them a % of future profits.

Simon: Please get us real business people not the influceners, we are sick of them. We need to see a process online/offline starting from the GDP of the country > choose industry > reach out people and interview them online over zoom come up with solution validate it and pre-sell it to them weather service / course / Consumer goods or idea. then validate it. especially if you are 0 skill in anything 0 money and homeless on the street. we need this recipe to get out of poverty. if you can pull this off you will be able to help millions

do you think you could get the guy created Gymshark? i'm starting a gym clothing brand and it would be cool to see his step by step guide
@corail5317 сағат бұрын
Just so you know the CEO of the company is not the young guy who built the company. He has his own youtube channel explaining everything. He didn't know how to be a ceo so hired one and he stepped back into a designer/marketing role (he still owns the company though) He started gymshark as a crappy affiliate marketing company trying to shill other brands but turned out he was good at seo and got it trending then figured why not make his own brand. He was smart in being one for being one of the first to utilize gymfluencers on instagram and youtube. But the products are nothing special.
