Will you be covering more about the "postcards in space" thing? For example, allowing users to "rotate the camera" and move according to that direction, somewhat like in first person games.

If you are into the low-level, in depth stuff, it's covered in the model view projection matrix, it's full of mathematical theories however, so if that's not what you want, cookieMonster's solution might be the one you're looking for, otherwise you can think of matrices as a black box doing its thing for simplicity and go from there.
