Cody's swing has fully matured this season. No longer selling out for power like he did his first MLB season going into the first half of his second last year, willing to use the whole field when necessary, and basically understanding his own strike zone now. New hitting coach the Dodgers brought in this past winter already paying off huge dividends for him especially. If I can compare Bellinger to any past major leaguer, it would probably have to be Paul O'Neill after the Yankees got ahold of him from the Reds and totally revamped his swing. Lot of similarities between those two in general, except that Cody has superior speed and is a more prodigious HR hitter.
