One of my new favorite players now. Seager got a new partner in crime like how Rizzo got one in Bryant. There's NO DOUBT in my mind that the Dodgers will win at least one championship with Seager and Bellinger together. The next step for Bellinger is laying off the breaking balls out of the dirt next year and taking those walks. Next year I expect some struggles sooner or later but he'll adjust. Prediction: .263 AVG, 33 HR, 95 RBI, 88 Runs, 5 SB, 75 BB, .940 OPS

@TrolleyXLakers - Club Shay Shay manager yeah, but he can't keep playing like this though. He may end up being the Peyton Manning of the MLB. Do great in the regular season, and then stink it up in the playoffs. Yeah he was HUGE in the 2018 NLCS, but in 2019 he fell FLAT against the Nats. Not taking anything away from their 3 headed monster of a pitching staff in Scherzer, Strasburg, and Corbin.

Nice call. 40+ this year if the kid atays healthy. He looks stronger in his lower half and is driving the ball instead of relying on his size to get it out. Dangerous kid in a monster lineup

Pretty much forced Adrian Gonzalez into early retirement last season, been following Cody since his days on the farm. Every season he was working on a certain tool that was called into question upon being drafted, especially his power (which finally came through in the Cal League and never tailed off since). My goodness, he might end up being the best 1B Dodgers have grown since Garvey, LOCK HIM UP PLEASE! ;-D

The emergence of Cody Bellinger (which all of us in LA saw coming) has me worried. Will we be able to pay him, seager etc. in the long run?? Especially if Stanton comes to LA?! I’m excited.. This is our league soon ... we’ll be back.
@LtDaniel97 жыл бұрын
As much as Stanton would be nice, what about McCutchen? Last year in his contract and he had a nice comeback year
@domonicdecoco24107 жыл бұрын
aFreakin12Gauge I can see Mccutchen being a more realistic scenario. He brings an mvp mentality and leadership. But Stanton grew up a diehard dodger fan. I’d be excited with either outcome.
@LtDaniel97 жыл бұрын
+Dominic Decoco I know Stanton would sure love coming to LA given he was dodger fan, but I doubt the FO goes after him due to his monstrous contract. But I won't complain if we get Stanton, he'd drastically improve our offense. Taylor, Seager and Turners numbers would improve because they would be pitched to in fear of stanton batting with runners on, with Bellinger and Puig behind Stanton. But I just think McCutchen is more realistic. I hope for one of them in dodger blue

Judge hits for better average, better on base, more powerful, better fielder, draws walks, the only stat Bellinger actually has on Judge is strikeouts, and even then the difference is slim
@MVPFLF7 жыл бұрын
Judge IS NOT a better fielder than Bellinger lmao. Bellinger is actually an all-around better player than Judge. Steals bags, bunts against the shift for base hits, can excel at 1st and the outfield, and has shown to adjust to the league quicker than Judge. Let's not forget Judge is playing in a sandbox of Yankee Stadium and his defense will not be his strength whereas Bellinger will win not only silver sluggers but also gold gloves. And this is me NOT being bias.
@dankestone66567 жыл бұрын
MVPFLF I believe you because you don't seem very biased at all
@ga1act1c207 жыл бұрын
He has a single stolen base more than Judge. Judge works the count much much better, draws a lot of walks. Judge, hit .264, while Bellinger has a poor .267. Judge has an on base of .422 despite strikeouts, Bellinger has a .352, which led to Judge scoring a ton more runs. Judge threw a bullet 97 mph from the outfield in Minnesota, made plenty of diving plays, robbed homers. One things I guess you didn't know, Judge is originally a first basemen. He played that position in high school and in the minors, but he was moved to the outfield. He doesn't play first because the Yankees don't have a need there and he has excelled so much in the outfield. Also, who beat Bellinger in the HRD, right, Judge. What a coincidence.
