When Cody left WWE, he went on a path to help so many people on his way and carried the wrestling business on his back outside WWE. He's the reason we got Joe Hendry ❤

@bosnio7985 And yet he is seen by actual veterans as a main even guy, you have no legs to stand on. You are a joke and a failure who is just jealous you could never be on his level.

I miss WCPW 😭😭. It's where I got to see Rhodes v. Angle and started to believe in Joe Hendry.

It is forgotten what the impact of WCPW was to getting exposure to the British wrestling scene. WCPW, along with Progress and ICW, gave us folks in the States visibility to some of the best pro wrestling in the world during the mid-2010s.
@Beavie3 күн бұрын
Absolutely. It wasn't perfect, and it rose fast and fell fast, but it gave a lot of exposure to people like Hendry and they had a good mix of international talent appearing, often used in a way to elevate their main stars.

Cody’s done a lot for the business post his father’s death. I’m sure he’s making his father proud even if he didn’t win the title.

WhatCultureProWrestling may not have been as big of a promotion as say your WWE, NJPW, or even your TNA’s but it had so many great people that had been or would go on to be huge stars in there at the same time

Hopefully, one day Cody gets recognised for all that he has done for the industry.

Joe Hendry was great in ICW he was correct at one point ICW was the biggest UK indie and growing fast it had a random TV deal in Italy and had the biggest attendance PPV in the UK for an independent wrestling promotion
