It's still wild seeing WWE superstars on the ESPN platform. I remember being a kid during the height of the Attitude Era and WCW wars and never in my life did I think ESPN would acknowledge pro wrestling. Pretty awesome to see.

He is right. It’s not easy being a good guy when all the cool points tend to go to the bad guys. But the fans stuck with them and a lot of the ones who were on the fence joined his side when his match was taken away from him temporarily. He has to win.

The lie he continues to tell makes him a heel to me. We already know Rock was set to face Roman We already know from Punk himself he was set to face Seth. Cody put a face on to his fans after agreeing to let the matches long planned go on. He then Made fans believe The Rock stole his match. That's dirty and that's a heel. Even after it was shown The Rock was planned ahead of Rumble and Cody was not the one planned he still on here lying. Not good for a so called Babyface and it's a heel move story wise when you lie and disrespect your boss like that

Cody Rhodes is the definition of an underdog. Having a middling career in WWE in the early 2010s and seeing where he is now, it is genuinely inspiring. The fact that Cody Rhodes is in the ring with the Rock! The irony is not lost on me that this WM is in Philadelphia. Cody really channeling Rocky.
