Long time pro wrestling fan here. Known of cody since his stardust days; while I will not say he’s the worst ever. Can anyone point out what makes him great? He’s definitely not the best in the ring, his moveset is average at best. His promos whether they’re scripted or not aren’t compelling no matter how many times he cries. It’s been rinse and repeat with him; he tries to sell you that he’s the best wrestler in said promotion and that just wasn’t the case when he was in ROH, NJPW, and lastly AEW. Add that he doesn’t want to ever be a heel and now you’re cutting options and possibilities in half. This isn’t hate, just someone who’s ahead of the curve.
