Unfortunately we have regulations on rockets these days. 75 gram are the max allowed now. Before that 250 were maimum allowed for consumers, which were some beefy rockets - to the point of slighlty hazardous.

Maybe super glue some small fins on the rockets as model rocketry do. Or, get some half inch, or inch wide PVC pipe maybe most of the length of the rocket to stabilize it. The last one should work, and make the flight of the rocket more predictable? Who knows, just ideas you might try. I like the last rockets best, they broke huge! 👍😎✌🗽

The two stick rocket doesn’t make sense. Most sticks are too heavy, and reduce the altitude.
