Song was released on Friday April 5, video was filmed the weekend before, less than a week turnaround. Think they wanted it released in time for the solar eclipse on the 8th.Great video effects too, with the eclipse. Studio audio over live video, the only live audio was Dany's intro. The festival was in their hometown of Monterrey Mexico. Dany got a new guitar for this song, a baritone Fender Strat, love the quick strums up at the headstock. 5th of 5 current singles from the upcoming Keep Me fed album. Single #6, "Burnout" drop this Friday, album is out June 28.

The theory that the song was released for the eclipse has been debunked by the band themselves. In an interview posted 3 days ago kzbin.info/www/bejne/mWW5ond8bJqlgdk , Pau states " That was the most beautiful coincidence that could have happened." (See section starting around 13:45) Great interview btw! Can't wait until Friday for "Burnout"!⚡⚡⚡

@@PamAuld Saw interviews with them. They said it wasn't WRITTEN for the eclipse. The eclipse itself was a beautiful coincidence . The question was if marketing took advantage of that, which she did not deny. So, yeah, the theory still stands. Why wouldn't you take advantage of it? And since you love The Warning, check out Freeze The Fall", if you haven't already. 3 teens from Canada, partly influenced by DPA.

I can understand you having a big smile on your face reacting to this one. Studio version as audio with live footage for visuals. Including some awesome effects. I believe this may the first time The Warning have performed with pyros, and I loved the visual effects with the fisheye lens they were very "trippy?" And as for the song itself, it sounded really heavy. From Dany's guitar at the opening to the bridge where everything dropped out save for Ale's base and Pau's kick. And the sensuality of the lyrics, "Feels like your nails down my back . . ." As you say, awesome. I hope you're over your flu soonest.
