I’ve been down with Cody Jinks since a coworker put me on. Bout 3-4 years ago. Best decision I made!!! Every single one of his songs I relate too!!!! From fighting depression, alcoholism, love, heartbreak, hitting rock bottom. Everything! I’m 29, hit rock bottom and am on the come back, quit my job of 8 years as a warehouse supervisor after my Ma passed. Cashed out my 401k, savings and reg checking account. Took a 1 year vacation. Had a job for 1 month now as a assistant manager. Boutta get a second. 29 years old about to be 30, 1 month outta rock bottom. I gotta start all over, but I’m less stressed and have that fire in my soul again. Maybe I did need some me time, maybe not as long as I had did, but most definitely needed it. Life Long Fan of Cody Jinks! Keep it up brother, Nothing but Hit after Hit!!!

@@jdub1194 I’d love to go to one of his concerts. Can’t afford it tho. Gotta find the money to keep my house by 7-1, and ironically, that’s my birthday. So I either make it. Or I’ll be homeless on my 30th. His music helps, Probably more than he would ever realize

Me time is based off of when you feel better it has no set limit! I am sorry to hear about your mother. I am 41 and have over 20 years experience in equipment operating and commercial construction. Several years ago I hurt my back working out at home. My back was already on the way out but I pushed the issue trying to build muscle mass and stabilize the herniated discs instead of surgery. I went to commercial property maintenance for a couple years until I was to the point where I require surgery now. My maintenance supervisor sent me to another property to help with evictions and my back gave out filling bags with clothing items. Took 4 months and a decompression surgery to walk again. My manager refused to file workman's comp and made me turn in my keys and leave because I was unable to perform my job. Now I have to initiate a career change mid life. Sometimes life throws things at us to test our strength and determination so we can prove to ourselves that we can overcome anything! Stay strong and believe in yourself!!
