Polar bear club member since Monday, (when my pool reopened after being shut for two weeks), longest longest lay off I've had on a few years..... Love the grind, but the grind hurts.... I finally dropped 2 extra seconds on my 100 free (brings it to just above a 1:06) and i’m almost sub 27 seconds on my 50 free. it’s so much better than I ever expected with this being my first year. and I wanted to let you know I do your sets when I go to my local ymca when our practices get cancelled and they help a lot with my endurance because it sucks. next season i’m going to try to get my coach to let me do 200 free for our meets as i’m bored with just a 50 and 100.
