As a former member of the Coffee Landia Staff, I myself prefer the tree design for my lattes, but that's a personal preference. My biggest tip for steaming the milk is to bounce the steaming cup several times up and down when you start. Because, if you don't, the thing will let out an ear-shattering high pitch screech...
