Awesome desk. What I found more impressive was, you are both not woodworkers but your built something, I would exprect from a pro woodworker with years of experience. This inspires me with confidence to build my own desk when I move out in a couple of months time. I am using a desk from Ikea that I hacked but building your own custom desk would be more satisfying. I differently have tools to do so this would not cost me much, apart from the wood and of course, my own time. Fantastic desk and the organiser is such a cool ideal, looks very neat and professional. Also, one thing I learnt from watching woodworking videos, if you put masking tape on the cut line, you will get a much smoother cut, something to remember if your build anymore desks in the future. Great video and content.

@The1Music2MyEars4 жыл бұрын
I see it in a lot of DIY organization videos, but arm-rests on computer chairs aren't the best idea. The point is to have your shoulders relax when you work. That means having your elbows rest on the table and that also means allowing you to raise your chair up high enough to be able to do that. Typically, the thickness of the table/drawer system impedes this ability as well as arm-rests. However, since the table is pretty thin, you can get away with arm-rests so that balances out.
