My husband and I were married November 19, 1978. On the 19th of each month, we have a date, even though we are together all the time. We typically go to a museum in nearby towns, go to a thrift store or two because we enjoy that, and then dinner. I’m so glad you touched on drinking! I don’t think there’s anything wrong with drinking as a parent (I mean as long as it isn’t excessive), but I’ve basically stopped drinking in the last couple of years and I just feel all around better about it and myself and the habits I am showing my children (if that makes sense). And I never hear other parents talking about not drinking so it’s just refreshing to hear!

Jessica, I just want you to know that I literally just had to pause this video to say that that I want to apologize on behalf of anyone who makes you feel like you should apologize for having the opportunity to make a living doing your job. You specifically have sponsorships that do not conflict with anything that you talk about on your channel in terms of makeup so that there cannot possibly be any conflict of interest. The fact that there are companies who provide a decent product that you like and they're willing and happy to pay you on an ongoing basis is something that you should not have to apologize for. No one who's watching your video is apologizing to their friends or CO workers for collecting a paycheck for doing their job.

I know everyone gives you baby advice, I got the same thing and it's exhausting. BUT, the best advice a mom ever gave me was "babys cry." It's their only form of communication. No matter what, sometimes they will cry. It helped me so much in social situations because I no longer cared what other people thought. It's my baby talking, yelling, whispering, everything. And like you said, you can always leave. Full cart of groceries waiting to check out, sometimes you just have to remove them from the situation. I could usually sit in the car for a bit then go back, but sometimes we just went home. It's ok, try again later.

my favourite weather is summer and early fall, I live in canada so it doesnt get too hot in the summer like 25-30 C is hot, but anything that feels more than 30 C is heat stroke, environmental warning weather, i love driving with the windows down in the summer, but i love august and september the most because its the perfect in between from summer and fall where you get the best of both seasons, but Thanksgiving is tomorrow for us, and i start getting into christmas right after thanksgiving

I also used to work at Trader Joe's and people would have emergencies and need to leave their cart pretty often. It's ideal if you can tell someone but we get it if you can't! And, if you think you'll come back, we can put your cart in the cooler and then you won't have to reshop it all later :) I've also distracted many crying babies before! Highly recommend taking them there for low-key runs with both kiddos!

First, take any and all sponsorship opportunities. The people who watch you see that you have good judgment and you know which ones to present. Secondly, seeing you and Taylor was so fun because I found Taylor because of you. When she was in NY I saw her with another KZbinr that she introduced me to! That was fun. Third, my youngest brother has twins who are about to be 2 in December and we were just talking about taking them out and the store and all that. Their kids have never been in a grocery store! My daughter is 22 so the thought of having any of the grocery delivery and Amazon 2 day was just not even a things m. It’s so fun to watch current parents navigate things so differently.
