I was misying up as you talked. Our fur babies are indeed family! And I also believe that, as sentient beings, we will see them again in heaven. My prayer is that God comforts your heart as it heals from this loss.💜

Sweet dear Kristen, I love your sentiments and philosophy about our animals and the collective unification awaiting us all. We get to share whole lifetimes with our pets being the ones to care for them, but we are so frequently comforted, exasperated, and filled with joy by their antics. I had Cruella De Vile for almost 20 years, the time is short when I think of her, and yet so many things took place. I'm sorry for your heartache. Chunky is so beautiful with that little spot of light on his chest. You said everything perfectly, for you the end of an era, is also a delineation in time starting new adventures. We are connected and I so appreciate finding you here in the cyber world. Hugs.

Thank you sweet Kellsey ❤️hugs for Cruella as well as I am sure you gave her her best kitty life as well! 20 is epic!

I actually get to have my coffee with you this morning. I’m so, so sorry for your loss of your kitty. Sending you love and support. I’m beginning my slow journey to empty nest with one kid headed to college next fall, and the other follows a couple of years later. I know the kitties will bring me comfort. I hate to think of them gone some day.

Yay! Miss you Alex- the cats were a huge comfort in the boys leaving (though we technically left them!-ha!) and Chunk really comforted my husband moving to Texas. I wish I had shared that part - probably best thing he ever did. Thanks for spending time with me ❤️

Hi Kristen..am catching up on you and this came thru my feed. Chunky was adorable as were the other pets. I am so sorry for your loss. Our pets teach us a lot and they bring us love and comfort. My husband and I were the local kitty shelter for a long time..people kept dropping off abandoned kitties. We had fourteen at one time and all was good until the neighbor's grandson lured our Stinks ( beautiful black and white male kitty I met on a walk...kept seeing him and realized he had been abandoned ) to his yard and the reward was a pork chop. The cats started going next door and our cats we thought were getting hit by cars , but no the granddad was hitting them with a blunt instrument. Let's say we had words and told him that was a crime.. Anyhow , when all the cats died we said we would like to travel some so no more pets UNTIL the day my husband went to Kroger grocery store and a skinny kitten jumped into his Yukon. My husband has ptsd..( long tragic story ) but think Kroger ( kitty's name ) has been a blessing to us both. Love your chats and oh on other video the work out clothes are great...blue is your color! Generous to donate the ones you bought you did not need. ♡♡♡♡

I'm crying with you about Chunkie going over the rainbow bridge. I completely agree that you will be together again. Our fur babies really are like family but maybe a little closer. I feel like they go through so much alongside us and are in so much of our daily lives. P.S. I'm sorry I'm so late. I never got a notification of this video. 😕

Thanks, he was a super special family member. My husband just came home for first time since it happened two nights ago so we had to sit with him the backyard and say goodbye together. was sad... then miraculously one of the feral cats (his favorite) showed up again yesterday morning after a month gone and was sitting on Smokey's grave asking for food! We took that as a sign. Hope she comes around again and honestly she can become our indoor cat if she wishes but she is very wild so I don't think she is interested in the 'job'
@MicheleEskelin2 жыл бұрын
@@KristinMomentsOfSanctuary That's very kind of you to let the homeless kitty decide if she wants to be indoors or not. That definitely sounds like a sign. Have you given her a name?
@KristinMomentsOfSanctuary2 жыл бұрын
@@MicheleEskelin her name is two socks because my husband named her after another cat that was also black and white- she is black and white but I don’t really see the “socks” it’s all good though. 😊
