The Coronavirus (COVID-19) has taken over the world and completely altered our daily life. The restaurant industry is one of the hardest hit by this crisis, and if we don’t support our local restaurants now, they might not be around when this is all over.
Coffee Collective, one of our favorite coffee shops in Copenhagen, has kept three of its locations open during this lockdown. While you can't sit down, you can still buy take-away coffee, brewing gear, and bags of coffee to bring home in their cafés at Torvehallerne, Godthåbsvej, and Jægersborggade. We met up with founder Klaus Thomsen to hear about how the virus has affected his business, and how we can support Coffee Collective and other coffee shops during this time. As an added bonus, Klaus also demonstrated how to brew coffee using the Kalita Wave. Watch until the end for the home brewing guide!

Hey Anders, can you link the 2 brewer in the video? It would be helpful in the description having an amazon affiliate link for you too. PS You have to try Agostino Iacobucci next time you come to Italy, let me know when it is in plan and I'll suggest many great spots in Bologna

Careful with Amazon. They're making a huge profit on this crisis, and there's major concern over their employees. Try as much as possible to buy directly from small local businesses, not large online retailers.

Hi Luca. Thanks for the tip. I've tested affiliate links before and generally find that they give very little back. Perhaps if we had a more coffee-focused KZbin in general it would be worth it. But really appreciate your input!

@@gab.lab.martins Thanks for the input, I do not buy really anything on Amazon. I was saying that more as a suggestion for bloggers in case someone wants to get a "shipped at home" product that is used in the video. It seems a popular option to link affiliate lately at least
