@@andersandkaitlin There's a famous episode when chef Alain Ducasse is tasting the creations of Cedric Grolet and constantly complaining that there's too much sugar and asking he should reduce it. (kzbin.info/www/bejne/gmrRm2SpYruVi7s 2:18). The point is, good food should not only be tasty, but also healthy. Or at least not detrimental to health. For sugar is the white death: it affects muscle protein, causes aging of cells, affects immune systhem, generates cancer-causing compounds and the list goes on. So when you review food, it seems essential to me that you should menstion if the bakers have thought about the health aspects and tried to find a good balance.

This is not an expensive restaurant, but in 2024 you can lick your plate even at a fine dining restaurant. Chef will more likely take it as a compliment.
