It might be over deep to post this on a restaurant video but this is my favourite KZbin video of all time. Not long after this video was out all those years back I had a dr*g issue and one night in particular I was laying in bed wired and I somehow found this video and it really calmed me down and grounded me cause I found it so beautiful. I still do. This video is my go to when I’m anxious stressed or sad. Truly a masterpiece plus the food looks amazing. I am determined to visit noma one day. For anyone wondering I’m 5 years clean and happy x

Prices change too often, so we gave up. They were usually already outdated by the time we posted. :)

I’d like to think that Kong Hans Kaelder might get a third with Jordnaer, but classical cuisine is rarely favored outside of France and Italy. However, one thing is for sure, and that is that the Nordics represent an incredibly exciting place to dine!!!
