Forge Breast Cancer Survivor Center hosts a virtual "Coffee Conversation" on select mornings that features a 30-minute interview with a survivor, co-survivor, or medical professional on a topic, followed by a time for conversation with participants.
June12th's Coffee Conversation features Leah Riley. Leah Riley is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She is a graduate of the University of Montevallo and received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Leah serves as a counselor for adult women and older teen women. She has experience working with women of all ages walking through grief, trauma, attention deficit disorder, adjustment, depression, anxiety, addiction, marital issues, co-parenting issues and crisis. She has extensive background in working with women struggling with eating disorders and other co-morbid disorders. She practices EMDR, DBT and cognitive behavioral therapy.
