For smooth glowing skin: 1 - Staying hydrated is key. It's beneficial. Try to consume at least 2 liters water every day. 2 - Using riceeberry face wash from litleextra daily is part of my routine. Though i skip some times because of lack of patience. It works but you need to apply it daily atleast once. 3 - I stay away from all types of soap. 4 - I stay away from junk food. 5 - I make sure to exercise for 30 minutes every day. Together, all these steps helped me to get good glowing skin without any acne, dark spots and pimples.

If you are a teenager or someone with a very sensitive skin, then make sure that sugar is fine powdered, no granules should be there or either skip it at all, and don't exceed the exfoliating time more than 2 to 2.5 minutes , otherwise you can get rashes on your skin.And, yes market based scrubs are never recommended for sensitive skin types as they are loaded with lots of chemicals.

Friends don't rub your skin too hard. Just use your ring finger and very lightly rub your skin. Dead skin is not any stain on your face that require hard rubbing . It comes off easily with easy , like , circular rubbing motion..

for everyone looking for a good piece of advice -- don't take 1spoon instead make it 1\4 ( 1\4 spoon of everything is enough as I wasted more than half of it) --if u r thinking about doing this in front of ur mirror and not ur wash basin don't do it this scrub tends to fall while applying --let it set in the coconut oil for a while ( it was too rough as I didn't let the coffee powder and sugar in the oil ) --use a mild face wash or soap after washing the scrub -- don't cleanse it right away take a cotton pad or cloth to take away the particles then face ur face

@@SaritaKumari-rb9mv sure... 1. Wash you face with cleanser or soap. 2. Mix 3/4 teaspoon of coffee powder(I have used bru coffee powder) with 1/4 teaspoon coconut oil (or as needed to make a paste kinda thing). 3. Apply the paste on your face and massage it nicely for 3-4minutes. (remember that the coffee particles fall off while scrubing so make sure you do it in the sink or place something on your lap) 4. Now, wash your face with soap as you normally do. Thats it. I thought I will do thing this once in a week for sure because I really loved the result.
