I can back the interest in the Meraki Machine. Especially how it holds up against a similarly priced combo of a seperate Grinder and Machine!

I might just do a comparison test of Gaggia Classic with Fellow Opus vs Meraki!

More Meraki content would be great! Would love to see how the built in grinder compares to other popular grinders and see if it’s worth it to get something like one of the sculptors or df 64.

I will have a grinder comparison of the 064s and the Meraki grinder coming soon! Just waiting on the Timemore stuff to arrive! Also going to be doing a temperature consistency test on the Meraki

@ Amazing! Many people are interested in the Meraki, the video will be very successful. Do you have a way to also test pressure consistency, that is another concern since there is no visible gauge.

Yeah Meraki have really made waves these last few months! Great for them, their machines do stand up to the hype. Measuring pressure though is a tough one because their portafilter isn't a standard e61 type. I have a pressure gauge thingy that normally fits onto the spout attachment of e61 machines, but it doesn't fit on the threads on the Meraki portafilter :(

is that the weber shaker on the meraki? if so does the magnet work with the meraki scale? i have the shaker and ordered the meraki, but i dont know if theyre compatible

The blind shaker I have isn't Weber, just a generic one I got. I do have a magnet on the bottom of it though, and it does work with the Meraki magnet so I don't see why the Weber Blind Shaker wouldn't work!

@nickscoffeestudio ty! another good bit of content could be the weber unibasket. previously it was just too expensive, but at some point it came down to $85... still pricey, but i was too interested to ignore it at that price so maybe you will be too

You know, I've been thinking of getting a uni basket, but I really can't justify the price. I've got a really nice VST basket and a couple of the Normcore high extraction baskets which are great. But speaking of Weber, I have a Bird coming soon :D

Hey! I am interested in that “modern take on Flair 58” and I already have a Cafelat Robot. I love manual machines because I teach. Would you know what price range the lever machine would launch in? It may be sth i have to save up for… 😅 people who drink coffee don’t have unlimited budget all the time 😊

Hey there! Nice, which do you prefer between the Flair and the Robot? I know that Strad Espresso have an early bird price on their site now for €590, I think the retail will be closer to €900
