700 ml milk
250 ml condensed milk
80 g corn starch
Cook over medium heat until thickened
4 tablespoons coffee
60 g dark chocolate
cooling down
200ml cream
70 ml condensed milk

Wow, such a pretty mousse! I could smell the coffee just looking at it. I gotta try making this for my dad, he adores coffee. Maybe someday, I will try making this with Kona coffee grounds as a special kind.
