Bạn nhân viên được đào tạo khá bài bản, nói chuyện thân thiện dễ thương. Không khí quán khá đặc biệt một kiểu nâng tầm lên thành thưởng thức giống như kiểu thử rượu vang. Kiểu này ai hay uống thì hay làm ở nhà chứ ít khi ra quán. Ra quán mình chỉ có 2 phong cách một là cầm một cái kindle và ngồi mặc kệ bên ngoài, hai là ngồi buôn chuyện với bạn và nhìn mọi người xung quanh :D

Anh người Pháp còn đánh giá đủ thứ về menu của quán, aroma, thức uống ưa thích của chị barista.... Vả lại anh ta còn là người Pháp đấy, ko phải ng nói tiếng Anh bản địa!

6:39 robusta beans are more bitter than let's say, arabica beans. So the amount of condensed milk that was added in your cup was a lot but the bitterness from robusta beans toned down the sweetness from the condensed milk. If you substitute the beans to arabica with the same amount of condensed milk, your cup of coffee will definitely tasted much sweeter. That said personally for me robusta beans is the best for coffee with milk compared to arabica.

correct. I've seen some europeans insisting on no sugar no condensed milk at all for their coffee when they are trying out the local robusta coffee in south east asia and I know they prefer their latte with no sugar /condensed milk which is how I prefer my latte too but personally I think it just doesnt work with robusta coffee. It's way too bitter and too strong to be drank just like that especially when prepared the south east asian way.

you can find phin coffee in viet restaurants around the world as well as viet ethnic neighbourhoods around the world. you can easily make it at home by buying the simple filter and viet coffee. you can easily add sweet condensed milk before of after coffee is made; why do you say this is the only place in the world to find this coffee?

@@ad2vn phin coffee availability is saturated in vietnam since it is their own way to make filter drip down coffee and those aluminum or stainless steel filter holders are everywhere. even the vietnam starbucks equivalent "highlands" coffee chain has large size filers. the simple streetside local coffee shops often don't have espresso machines but use these metal filters. i have traveled a lot in vietnam and am currently in vietnam. your claim is akin to only finding one place with an espresso machine in rome and naples, italy.

As a Vietnamese, being honest although she kind of cute and sweet she is only slightly above average in the look department for Vietnamese. Cả SG và HN đều không có cafe, cafe đều từ chỗ khác mang đến 2 đô thị này vì khi đó do người phương tây uống, người Việt mới bắt đầu uống theo và chủ yếu là đám nhà giàu rồi văn sĩ, công tử ăn chơi, dần dần mới đến bình dân vì khi chiến tranh nổ ra, lượng lính Pháp tăng nhanh dẫn đến nhu cầu ăn uống tăng và giới cần lao mới bắt đầu bán hàng phục vụ lính tráng với giá rẻ dẫn đến dân chúng cũng dùng theo. Cho nên muốn khoe thì cũng không phải gồng lên để cố gây chia rẽ vùng miền thế đâu thanh niên, chỉ tổ lòi cái sự dốt ra thôi.
