FUN FACT! Good Cuban expresso you would have a cup of sugar (typically a teaspoon per cup you going to make... you can have more or less depending how you like your coffee) and RIGHT AT THE MOMENT THE COFFEE STARTS TO BREW UP, those first thick parts of the coffee, you pour into the sugar and stir it into a paste. Finish brewing the coffee. Once done, pour it all into the paste and stir... BAM the nice foam on top of Cuban coffee! YUMMY! Also, a good cafe con leche is made with this kind of expresso and steamed milk. BAM. Enjoy it with flatten Cuban bread with butter. Dipping it into you cafe con leche is DEVINE!
