Yup! Apparently salt cuts the bitter? I was just as skeptical as you when my Lance forced it on me but it tasted pretty good after that!

Silver Skies not trying to call anyone out or say anyone is wrong, but the salt is used to amplify the flavor. It’s a little weird and I don’t know the exact science behind it, but it’s actually pretty cool! I actually use it when I make maple hot chocolate (REALLY good btw! I totally recommend! All it is is hot chocolate mix, milk, brown sugar, maple sugar, and a touch of salt, Incase you wanted to know for whatever reason. Obviously, you can add marshmallows too! :D) sorry I’m just really awkward lol :P
