any time I stopped for 3 days my carpal tunnel went away completely. When I went on a detox journey for 3 years and had been off the stuff for several months, I was able to see life much clearer. Hitching around Hawaii I got picked up by a guy and we had a nice conversation until he picked up a Red Bull and drank it. He didn't turn into anything overtly negative or anything, he just became difficult to have conversation with and he could not even perceive just how bad his whole vibe had changed. In the clear state it was obvious as hell to me though. That stayed with me thru the years, because I've gone back on coffee and struggled going on and off it since but I never forget how clear I was.

First I thought just another coffee bashing video, but then it got more interesting. It is my experience that a cup of coffee sometimes is inducing a relaxed and peaceful state of mind where I am in a bubble of peace where the hectic and noise doesn't enter, life seems to be going on in slow motion. When taking about coffee it is very important to distinguish between Arabica coffee and Robusta coffee. Most are blends. Robusta coffee has all of the negative issues and has a vibration that raises the heart rate, whereas Arabica doesn't if consumed in moderation. Also there is a great difference between cheap coffee and quality coffee. The coffee should also not be dark roasted as it makers it more aggressive. Lastly the way of brewing the coffee is also of importance. Espresso is the best way, but mostly Espresso blend coffee contain Robusta coffee to give the kick that they like in south Europe. As the lady in the video says: the intention is of great importance. Video seen while drinking my morning coffee 😊

Coffee can be something very good, a whole new experience, especially if it's well prepared, and if the coffee has good attributes thanks to the coffee processing, staring from recollection and pulping. Coffee beans are one of the most sprayed crops so you want to buy--and support--small coffee growers. Fair Trade coffee is best as the farmers use shade-grown crops to yield their product and they also get tons more profit. Huge corporations plow down trees to grow their coffee beans in the sun, which is not as healthy for Mother Earth, animals, or us. Stop buying Starbucks ridiculously-priced coffee!! They were asked numerous times by EWG and environmentalists to buy only shade-grown beans, but Starbucks didn't want to pay the extra money. Starbucks is evil and one of the huge corporations that needs to come down. (Tip: if you want pumpkin spice coffee, buy the organic spice in bulk or bottled already. It is delicious in coffee with raw milk cream and stevia. Or any cream of your choice.)

Coffee is also a pain reliever for headaches. During a headache, blood vessels swell, tighten or go through other changes, causing an increase in blood flow around the brain. This increased blood flow pressures surrounding nerves, which send pain messages to the brain. This brings on the headache. Caffeine has vasoconstrictive properties, meaning that blood vessels narrow to restrict blood flow, thereby alleviating the pain.

Many people still don't get the point. You can tell how something really affects you when you stay without it for a few months and you don't use anything to substitute the substance (caffeine in this case). If when you stop for a few months and your mood is the same, you still like doing the same things in the same ways, the energy levels are the same and your body is healthy FOR REAL, then you know that you can go back cause it is good for you. Otherwise you are just addicted 🤷🏼♂️

Getting off coffee is not fun it takes weeks and months, to regulate your energy, also its the driving force of the labour class. So the lifestyle change has to change with slower wake up time period. But the clean stable energy of the slow and steady is smooth. Beat cigarettes, beat alcohol, but coffee is a tough one I go a few days off every so often, once I did 6 months. So easy to go from 1 cup then 2. I have reduced my consumption 50% in the last 6 months, and now been 5 days in Yerba mate and green tea, which is a bit smoother. I was definitely feeling the burn on my third eye when I was 2 cups a day.

I quit coffee (drank only one cup each morning) and experienced severe withdrawal symptoms for two weeks. You need to quit coffee for a period to get insights on how it affects the body.

I drink pre workout most days however I'll sometimes drink strong Cuban espresso. My spiritual growth keeps becoming accelerated due to multiple things despite caffeine consumption. Due to the heat at work I only drink it early in the morning, or the early evening for the commute home and things I need to do when I get home.

I have more vivid dreams when I don't drink coffee. I drink it according to my cycles. I find it helpful, when my my energy is low. Usually I don't crave it or need it, when I am in a balanced state. When I was going through a metamorphosis/ hibernation period it helped a lot to get through the day. Since I was exhausted most of the time..

Drinking coffee always give me headache so I don't touch it. But I loved listening to your informative and intelligent discourse. Taking melatonin supplements for those who work at night and those that are going through a depression can be very helpful. Also, pineal glad can additionally be nurtured through the consumption of pine nuts and pine nut oil. Avoid products with flueride in them. They calcify the pineal gland. 🙏🏼

I remembered when of my friends, she was very spiritual, prayed a lot , prophesied for people , she used to tell that , she woke up early in morning make her coffee , when reading the Bible , she is drinking her coffee at the same time , she could see stuffs in the spiritual realm her spiritual eyes with the coffee that make a lot of senses , I had been thinking how to open my spirituals eyes thank you , what about coco bran , it does same things also , the Most High knows the best , I thank him for using you!!

There is no Most High. The religious are deceived and delusional. This is a soul trapping matrix that tricks us to reincarnate here, in order to feed off of our suffering. Any spiritual experiences she/others have are tricks of the entities who run this world and universe ... The evidence is all over the place, should you look for it.

I gave up coffee 5 years ago. It ages you and destroys your atp. I use natural fulvic acid packed full of minerals and ancient soils. So dang good and not like caffine at all. Caffine gives you symptoms but fulvic is a gentle energy boost. I also do daily hiit training.

Coffee helps to energise the pineal gland and stimulate the energies of the body. This leads to spiritual development if you direct those energies like a skilled alchemist:)

Coffee doesn't make me feel anxious, it helps me get things done around the house. I heard that sunshine would help open your pineal gland and helps your body make melatonin.
