Hi colin your getting closer to England in particular shropshire So true I am a real introvert am always coming up with ideas 3 of them have turned into family business's I'm 75 and still come up with ideas but the older I get the harder it becomes to put the ideas into words I'm afraid the most i work out now is 10 minutes in the morning and half hour walk at the end of my working day this has just become as much a part of my day as work best wishes to both of you I have been to southern Ireland 3 times beautiful country. ❤

I still have my bike from 1964 i have had it restored twice and each time i ask my family to get it out of storage they refuse they say i would be a danger on the road i cant swim wish i could did try when i was about 34 but it was hard dont like water i can ride a horse and for myself this was brilliant exercise, every part of your body moves. i take my hat off to both of you for being able to achieve what you have long may you keep it up xx
