Dani, you’re my younger sister 😉 I’m 42, had my ovaries and fallopian tubes out Nov 23 and have been on a very low dose of estrogen only. I’ve felt a fog, worsened anxiety, more short tempered than ever, and in constant tears. I’ve changed my antidepressants, added things, taken away things, and noting helped. Your videos about not being heard. About being brushed off. Those all resonated with me. Friday I talked with my psychiatrist about my meds and discussed my hormones. She said- absolutely my hormones could be outta wack! I asked about progesterone and she said that it would be great to add that and see how I feel. She said I should sleep better, feel more rested, my anxieties should calm, and have a less foggy feeling. I took it last night for the first time. I completely slept through the night!!! Thank you for your voice. Thank you for your realness. Thank you for being you! Xoxo 😊

That swing top is my absolute favorite!!! Its the perfect fabric and length. If its still sold out, take the words and copy and paste them into the walmart search bar. Sometimes they change the sku/listing so the link changes.

Ok first, ❤ this vlog. Why is the slobber strings on teeth whiteners a thing? It never fails when I duck into the bathroom to take mine off someone comes in to ask me for something and I’m in that slobber string moment. You cracked me up doing a close up of it. @ I completely agree about her lyrics as an adult. Teenage me just sang along with all the dark lyrics and felt the hurt of whatever I was going through at the time for way too long as if it was the only thing in the world. Adult me tends to enjoy happier more upbeat music, I don’t have as much time to sit in the who done me wrong feeling! But I couldn’t help but sing that line when you said it. lol
