It mean don’t worry, nevermind, I’m ok. ขึ้นอยู่กับบริบทและสถานการณ์นั้นๆ In this case she say like don’t worry, i pity you. Some time to very sad but act be strong . Mai pen rai ( never mind ) I’m ok to be start begging. (like to comfort himself or (others).

All of this in this video is just an advertisement for tourism. I disagree with the video because the situations seen in the video are unrealistic. The "kindness" of Thai people is only on the surface in reality. Why do they help foreigners who don't speak their language?
