This is a Hella creepy Pokémon game, I've never heard of a Pokémon game where Red dies like that. I do know in the Red Pokémon anime series Red does go to that cemetery tower where he meets Cubone and his dead mother who is a phantom form of Marowak. In fact, Red didn't speak in the original games either. If we take the same Gen 2 games on which Creepypasta was based (Gold, Silver, Crystal), then when we fight Red, the only phrase that he had was "... ...". And this was done on purpose, since the developers themselves confirmed that this is a reference to that we, as players, don't talk on behalf of the main characters of the story, and since Red was originally the main protagonist of Pokemon Red and Blue, it makes sense. But this does not mean that he does not speak AT ALL, in other games he had some phrases like "Words are unnecessary" or something like that, but I headcanon that Red is selectively mute and talks only when he needs to. He mostly uses sign language
