When the person making the claim makes the biggest claim possible, it can be interpreted as raising the stakes on their own credibility and that in itself is credible to some people, the idea that the conman would risk so much surely he must be onto something?

We allow this to happen. There is scamming, and then there is this, the ones who prey on people who lost hope completely...

I like how they claim that surgery can't be performed on the upper lip. They could literally remove your entire lip if your life actually depended on it.

The thing that really pisses me off about the whole 'chinese medicine' bullshit is that there's no distinction between western and eastern medicine. Chinese hospitals aren't some mud-hut in a forest where a naked guy puts on a big wooden mask and dances around your bed to heal you, they're modern facilities filled with trained professionals that have access to all the same training as western doctors. In fact, on account of China being so big and fairly wealthy, there are a shitload of medical innovations that have come from China. Not just small-fry stuff like novel methods of performing certain surgeries, they invented synthetic insulin and the drug that's currently used to treat malaria, and they're currently working on a form of stem-cell therapy that could cure auto-immune disorders like diabetes. It's so racist to act like China is still stuck in the year 500, they use modern medicine too; and a good chunk of 'big pharma' comes from China.

No-one who uses the title "master" is humble. Just saying
@supervegito83402 жыл бұрын
Not quite. Some people, like martial arts masters, can be quite humble. Just because you have the title master doesn’t mean you aren’t humble and vice versa. Now scammers tho, THATS a different story. No such thing as a humble scammer
