As someone who has done NaNo 4 times, and failed 3 times, all I can say is SPIT IT OUT. Literally just spit. Don't worry if it doesn't make much sense, because the key is you have to have around 1600 words per day, or you'll never reach your goal unless you double-time later in the month, which is super hard. Just steel your brain when you sit down to write, and get whatever is in your head out. You can go back and make it make sense later. :P
